Transition Point – kleinestagebuch.de by Andersen Storm

Good morning, dear readers.

20240715.0856.SN

I am sorting drafts, pictures, and notes. And suddenly it becomes clear to me:

Art comes from wanting. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be called “Wunst” (a playful distortion of “Kunst,” the German word for art). Skill comes from practice and, with luck, talent. Those who don’t want to make art, don’t. At most, they create craft. But people don’t want to be irritated; they want to be delighted. The artist doesn’t have to care about that.

Andersen Storm, here

Had an idea, started within the reaction time – bam – project! Actually, a project within a project, but that’s a bit ahead and will come later.

I’m starting a diary project here. It begins today, on July 15, and ends after 115 days, on October 31, 2024. A lot will happen during this time. I look forward to reading it backward then.

Aiden, that’s the name of my virtual artificially intelligent assistant, here the joke is direct: “I think everyone should have one,” helped me with the concept. He can do that. For that, I have to keep telling him what he wanted to be called. But that’s good practice for later.

Together (sic) we formulated: “Transition Point – a small diary” documents my journey of personal and professional transformation. From planning to implementation, I share my thoughts, challenges, and successes on the way to more ease in communication, in an increasingly complex world.

Aiden also liked it. He can’t write it that way himself; there was just a study about it: AI can write creatively but in a more limited, less variable field. But he can like it. Inspired, he does his part of the hard work and thinks along.

And that’s why there is also an unfiltered section by my hand in this small diary: “Aiden comments.”

Aiden comments:

This is a great idea! A section “Aiden comments” could make a valuable contribution to the diary project by providing additional perspectives, advice, and support. Here are some possibilities for what “Aiden comments” could represent:

  • Additional Perspectives: Providing reflections, analyses, and further insights into the described experiences and challenges.
  • Support and Motivation: Encouraging and supportive comments that help readers overcome similar situations.
  • Practical Tips: Concrete, actionable advice and strategies for managing transitions and simplifying processes.

And there is also the opportunity for you to participate:

  • What does a diary mean to you?
  • Do you like reading books in diary style?
  • Do you keep a diary yourself?
  • Are you looking for a bilingual blog post? Write it in the comments!

I will get back to you in a week with the entries of the week.
All the best until then.

Yours, Andersen Storm
